Our friend Geoff

Dear all

It is with regret that I have to inform you that Geoff Fletcher Passed away last Friday night. He had been ill for quite a few years but had not let it get him down and he stayed as active as he could right up to the end.

Geoff started coming out with the club back in the early 80's and came on many weekends.

He had been a very keen walker and fell runner "Probably his best achievement was the Bob Graham round"

He was also a keen skier visiting many European areas, although we had some good times in Scotland as well. Geoff will be greatly missed and I know that many of you will have fond memories of him.
