Below is the itinerary and costs of the Kalymnos climbing trip.

Flights have been slightly changed.

See below the amended flight times for the Kalymnos trip.

Outbound: 08^th October 2011 – Flight No. STU3626 – Depart 07:15 – Arrive 13:15

Inbound: 15^th October 2011 – Flight No. STU3627 – Depart 14:00 – Arrive 16:40

Hotel Name – Plaza Hotel, Massouri, Kalymnos.

Board – Bed & Breakfast

Total cost - £430.00

Deposit - £55.00

Above includes In-Flight meal (both ways) and additional 5kg baggage (Total 20kg)

On arrival/departure at Kos Port we have a wait of 4/5 hours.

This time is spent at a Greek Taverna where food and drinks can be purchased.

Massouri has plenty of places to eat and drink at reasonable prices.

Transport around the Island to the crags is by bus or taxi.

I would like to book the trip as soon as possible due to receiving an early booking discount

(already included).

I was thinking of booking the trip on Monday 10^th January 2011, so deposit of £55.00 would have to reach me by this date.

Final balance is £331.00 per person.

I would like all cheques by 1^stJuly to allow payment by debit card.
