Is anyone in contact with Sarah Hughes, who was with us on the Sharp Edge/Blencathra walk on 23rd November? If so could you let her know that there's a spare place now on this hut meet, and to let me know if she still wants to go[07814 1647691 or ian.brewster@usa.net] . She asked to go a while ago but at the time it was fully booked. So she has first refusal now. There's a spare place because Ron has had to drop out.

As you may be the first to arrive, I'll need to let you know the combinations for the key safe by the main entrance door, and the driveway chain padlock. I should receive them about 2 weeks before that weekend. Once I do I'll put them on this comment wall

Hi Scott, we still need to confirm that Lisa, who paid, isn't now going.

Jon/Jill, have you been able to confirm yet with Lisa whether she's on the trip or not?

Scott, if in the end Lisa's not going, then you're on as you've effectively paid already. I'll let you know asap one way or the other.

Ian, thanks for the guesture of the reserve place but doubt anyone will drop out if they have paid ! I can't make club meetings due to scouting commitments on Wednesdays, so usually when I put down that I will attend events I'm 100% and get the money to the club as soon as I can get hold of someone to drop it off, in this case was Elliot, thanks anyway, maybe next time
