Notice to all those attending

There are 18 of us, which is 6 carloads of 3. When teaming up for travel please try to avoid less than 3 per car. If only 2 in your car so far, or you've not teamed up with anyone yet, here's list of those going. I've got most of the phone nos.if needed:

The bunkhouse has a combination lock. I don't want to put the code on here - if you need to know it call or email me separately. With the code you maybe don't need to 'check in' on arrival, but if in doubt go to the pub bar and say you're part of Ian Brewster's party,
