Bouldering at Porth Ysgo, Llyn peninsula in Wales.

Does anyone fancy a weekends bouldering at Porth Ysgo in North Wales?  It has had a great write up in last months summit magazine and UK climbing has listed around 180 boulder problems (many of them starred if interested).  There is lots of camping in the area with one suggestion on the forums being to stay near the Sun Inn at LLanengan.

I was thinking around of a weekend either mid July or mid August to fit in with everything else.  Jill

I have been here, if you said Lleyn Peninsula, I would have known want you meant. I am in. Also, need to sort out St.Bee's, soon.

Trip could be combined with a days bouldering and a day at Tremadog, we could stay at Eric's Barn.

How about going for the 11th - 13th July then and I'll set it up as an event.  A day at both sounds good to me.

I can't make that date, in the Lakes for a week.

I'm in the Lakes the week after that and it would be good to avoid the mountain biking weekend so how about either the bank holiday weekend 22nd Aug or the last weekend in August -  29th.  Other than that it is looking like the back end of September.

Does anybody want to go from the Mountain bike weekend, that appears to be the ideal date? Two different event can run simuntanously.

Let's see?

the idea of tremadog plus porth ysgo makes it sound attractive .count me as a probable .would need to sort travel and ...oh.the grandchild can go hang for a couple of days

This sounds great to me
I'm on the biking weekend
It be good if we could work around that as we will attract more.
I'm good for any other dates you guys decide

Thanks
Jonnie
July we don't have many events on the web - my vote is this month, but I'm flexible

Thanks
Been a few times. Like it. Keen. May also be able to offer a house round the corner in morfa nefyn. Would need to check with a family member who owns holiday home there
Suits one day and a number of people as need plenty pads n spotters. Obvious place to combine with is lleyn sea cliff mecca of cilan head although classic routes around e2 upward. And bird ban possibly until end July. Google path to Rome. High on my adventure tick list.
