having badgered my buddies into getting their own kit it looks like they all now have managed to find their own ice axes!

Thanks for all the offers though. Just shows what great people we have in the club :-)

Need three bog standard non tyechnical ice axes...though I'm trying to encourage them to get on ebay and buy one :-)

Stuart -  I've got a pair of 'Old School' 50cm axes, straight shafts but fine for low grade stuff.  I've also got a 65cm walking axe.  Youre welcome to borrow any/all of these.

Hi Stuart I can't promiss but I am trying to rally a few setts of axes for that weekend. How many do you need? I've got a walking axe my self I can take up, but no spare tec's.  Know doubt it will be a good weekend.  D

Just to confirm I have myself and Steve Hodgeson, Leo Hodes and Kurt Janson. I think I still need to put a deposit down for Leo though. leo has just joined via the web site.
