Event Description
Having just completed my First Aid renewal, Derek suggested I do a session on what's current best practice these days for conducting First Aid in an outdoor setting. I'll do a bit of a talk and then there will be a chance to have a go at CPR on a couple of dummies.
Should be a useful refresher before we all head out into the unforgiving winter environment.
