Event Description

This years Christmas weekend is reverting back to the old format of riding from Keith’s house at Littleborough and staying the night this time at Riverdene Bunk house at Jack’s Bridge west of Heptonstal above Hebden Bridge. On route Keith has organized a breakfast stop and visiting a few of his favorite watering holes. Even before Keith has had chance to put this event on the web all 20 places have been taken in the Bunk House, but he tells me that there is also some B&B there (01422 300664)

As an alternative we are not that far off Heptonstal, and looking on line there’s a few BB’s. If you are interested and not on the list please can you sort out between yourselves via the web then you can book BB’s together.

Also can you let Keith know if you are going then he can book you a Breakfast on the Saturday morning, it also gives him some idea of how many more are going.

For those of you who are on the Bunkhouse list can you PLEASE send Keith a cheque asap for £25 as he will be paying it out of his own money.

Note: Keith tells me that we will be off road for several sections so you will need a mountain bike.

Any chance I can get my name down as a reserve for a place in the bunk house mate, should any crazy fool drop out???

I was a little slow on the uptake in getting my name down for a place, but I am keen to be in the thick of the action.

Also, should a place not become availiable, do you know of anybody that is planning to arrange a B+B?
