Good day all round in blazing heat in the afternoon mitigated by a pleasant breeze .Should imagine Jordan JG woke up a bit sore but happy.

Five went to Hobson- Gary and Barry,Mark R ,Jordan JG and self.In all I think between us 7 climbs were done 2 v diffs,an HS ,3 VSs and an HVS 5a.Mark had his eyes on the last one from our arrival.Correct me if I'm wrong but the climbs were Amphitheatre ,Pocket Wall, the Harp,Foghorn Groove,Crew's route and the Western Grit top 50  "Parkers eliminate"(theHVS)

.Oh and Midnight Variation(and maybe not Foghorn ?)

Gary's run of quietly confident climbing continues apace and ,despite ,as he put it ,his head not being in the right place,Barry seconded Gary successfully on everything.

Was good for me to be back after a stuttering 18 months and it was a pleasure to be climbing with Mark and JJG.The day started slowly all round but what an ending to see Mark leading on Parkers as well if not better than I've ever  seen him climb and Jordan ,with so  little experience, tick off Parkers as his  second. There's more to come if we have a half way decent summer and I hope I'm there to share some of it.

Nice write up.  We all did midnight variation and foghorn.  You're right about Mark - good solid leading.
