Comment by Ivor Smith on January 27, 2009 at 18:56: Sat 24 Jan. Training volcano La Malinche; all reached summit at 14,300ft severely knackered and suffering from chronic lassitude. Still turned up for work on Monday. Extra 3000ft on top of this for the biggun´7.2.09

unfortunatly can't make it, not quite enough notice, plus I'm saving my brownie points for our trip to The Himalayas for my 50th next year. "Paragliding with Keith".
