Sorry to inform you all but the Waterloo is closing down, after being the home for the Mob for well over 10 years maybe 15? We will miss the old place but we have no option.

Thanks to everyone at the pub for being so friendly over the years, especially Cath and Keith.

I've been down to the White Lion in the Center of Bury as advised by Keith, seems like it ticks all the boxes.  I've spoken to them and provisionally sorted out for us to use 1 of a possible 3 rooms depending on the expected numbers. There is no charge as long as we buy some ale, which stands to reason.

If anyone's got any other suggestions please can you let me know.
