Indoor route setter for Blackburn Youth Zone

One of my daughters is HR/finance manager at the Zone which caters for 2000 11 to 20 year olds froviding them with a wide range of facilities.They are currently finding difficult to advise on  and set their indoor wall.I 've mentioned 3 climbing centres to my daughter and also the Route Setters Association.

I was wondering if anyone may know someone or something about route setting that might help the youth zone.
