Event Description

I know it is very early but we have got bunkhouse accommodation for 16 near Coed-y- Brenin Wales for Sept 2014. Do not panic people I have worked around all your very busy trip schedules. The dates are Friday Sept 19th to Sunday 21st Sept 2014. This is 2 weeks before the Kalymnos trip giving you a weekend at home between each trip. The cost is £44.00 per person and it is self catering, I know the costs are creeping up but it is difficult to find accommodation in the region for us all. This accommodation is top rate though. There is a bar on the site which is Trawsfynydd Holiday Village Gwynedd LL41 4YB.

We can do cross-country one day and trails the next or whatever you want. I am hoping local boy Mark Seymour will take us out for the day. 16 places are available pay Graham and let me know as well so I can keep track of numbers

I was speaking to Mark regards this weekend, we need to get the places filled so we know where we are up to with numbers, then we can throw it out to the wider circle is needs be. In the passed this has been a very well attended weekend, with lots of activities going on. Walking, climbing and paragliding. The area is very close to the mountainswith some good climbing and scrambling on Cader Idris http://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/crag.php?id=1954 there is also a cracking horse shoe of the area which is well worth doing. The last few years I have tended to do one days mountain biking, (to suit everyone) and a days climbing or walking, hopefully I will do the same format this year. so Check your calendar and get your monies paid at the next meet to avoid disapointment, don't leave it to the last minute, as the club has fully paid up for this hut meet and we don' t want to loose money on it.
