If only I was 20 years younger, but alas life come round all but once! that's not to say we should hang our boots up we could train that much harder and open our minds to the possiblitys how ever old we are?
Adventure is the spice of life, be it from the mountains of Snowdonia to the peaks of Patagonia its there for the taking.
It's kept me going for the passed 35 years
