Winter Meet Feb 2012 Update

Just an update on the winter meet for next year.After a discussion at the meeting last week the following was agreed. I will make a booking for the bunk house, however we will not be going for sole occupancy which would require 20 places. I will instead be making a booking based on the number of members who are interested in going. So far the following have told me they want to go:

I will be contacting the hostel next Sunday (19/06/11) to make a booking. If you would like to be on this trip can you contact me ASAP so I know how many beds I need to be booking .
