MOB Meeting Minutes 21.07.10
Greeting to you all. I hope you all well, and making the most of what has once again turned out to be a rather damp summer. Never mind I’m sure the sunshine is sure to return soon.
AOB
Club Rack
There’s been no movement yet on pricing up equipment for the club rack. I can clarify that the £125 donated to us by The BMC will be made up to £500 by the club funds. So as and when people return from their summer holidays work will start in earnest to sort the club rack out.
New Climbing Centre
There is a new climbing centre opening up in Bury. It is situated on Wash Road (formerly Sizzlers), and is sign posted as Bury Climbing Centre. As pricing details become available I’m sure they will be put up on the website. Furthermore I can confirm that a new climbing centre has opened near Stangeways, it is called Rock Over Climbing Centre, however I think it only has bouldering facilities, I will carry out a few investigations and get back to you.
