The MOB

membership

Just to remind people that I'll be collecting membership again tonight.I'd like to get the money off to the BMC this month so it would be great if those who haven't paid yet could get the money to me soon.

It is £20. The majority of this goes towards BMC membership, and the upkeep of the website. Both things are crucial to the continued success of our club. For such a small club we are, I think, remarkably active and we arrange and achieve things together that would be very hard - probably impossibly hard - to manage as individuals (some e.g.s off the top of my head: the Lundy trip, the mega clean up of Deeply Vale, the many meets in BMC huts including unusual venues like the Don Whillans Memorial Hut at the Roaches, etc., etc.). This relies on us keeping the club properly supported by our membership. The club does not profit from this in anyway - the funds that remain after the above two expenses are met are used to ensure that we have suficient funds to cover deposits for trips, etc., and to ensure the upkeep of the club rack. So come on people, support your MoB!!!!!

(those of you who have already paid up, thanks again, and I'll get the membership cards to those who are owed one tonight if you are there).
