Event Description
Linear walk along the River Eden in Cumbria, between Lazonby and Wetheral. Route options from 8.5 to 16 miles. Not a hill walk, pretty flat. With Aycliffe Fellwalking Club. Meeting their coach at ~9:15am near Penrith. There'll be a charge for the ride on the coach to the start and back to Penrith from the end. Drinks at the Wheatsheaf, Wetheral, at end of walk. Coach leaves Wetheral 6:30pm.
Anyone interested, let me know. I've already booked myself a place. As of yesterday there were 3 places still left. Ian
