Some of you may, or may not, know, we are doing the Fastnet Yacht race in August. MAD MAD MAD, yes I know!! But what is one to do when one gets the adrenilen rush to sailing fast (v fast) bit like doing a E6 (is there an E6?).

Malcolm called the site "Mountains of Water" rather than mountains of rock. I just hope they are not as high as some of the mountains you guys climb.

This is my (our) challenge for 2009, which is SCARY SCARY!! Do keep track of what we are up to and please support my charities which are Teenage Cancer Trust and Oddyssey all info and links can be found on Mountains of Water.

This for me is a real challenge a) cos I get sea sick and b) having to keep my diabetes under control under extreme conditions. So please please sponsor or donate anything to my charities as I'm trying to help others in even scarier situations than me.
