Mallerstang to Wensleydale Walk

A walk from the Upper Eden(Mallerstang) valley, to Hawes at the head of Wensleydale. Length 16 miles. The route starts at Thringill(South of Kirkby Stephen), ascending SE over Great Bell, then over High Pike Hill, High Seat, Hugh Seat and Great Shunner Fell; then following the Peninne Way South, down to Hardraw and then Hawes.

Transport by coach is arranged. Meet the coach ~9:00am in Kirkby Stephen. The coach will then transport us back there after the walk. Should be time for a drink or two in Hawes before the coach leaves there at 6:30pm. Coach fare £10 or £15. For anyone needing transport to Kirkby Stephan I'll have places in my car.
