DESCRIPTION:Hello All,\nAs you probably know already, next week is Men
 tal Health Awareness Week and I have foolishly allowed myself to be pe
 rsuaded to take part in a small challenge.\nThe challenge is to comple
 te 50 Climbs in 24 hours, in support of Climbout. As I am working on S
 aturday 17th May I plan to do my 50 climbs over next week when I'm not
  working. Some on Wednesday night at Manchester Climbing Wall and some
  on Sunday at Windgather.\nBefore you all rush for your purses or wall
 ets, please don’t. Were not after your money, but we would really ap
 preciate your pledge to undertake a Random Act of Kindness for someone
  who may be in need of a kind word or gesture.\nSo, if you would like 
 to support us, please think of a small (or large) kindness that you co
 uld do for a friend, a relative, a colleague or (if you’re feeling r
 eally brave) a complete stranger: something which might add a little t
