The Tour Of Mont Blanc by Bicycle

For those of you who watch the Tour De France year on year, cycling in the Alps conjures up thoughts of pain etched faces and “heroes born”. Since a youngster I’ve watched these men tear the legs off each other in some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Alpe D’Huez, the Tourmalet and Mt Ventoux are amongst the most famous of these stages.

MOB minutes May meeting Annual AGM

The AGM was well attended with approx 15 members.



Our current chair Cath Skinner did a quick resume of the years' events and thanked the members for their efforts and participation. Particular thanks goes to those who put events on the web site and managed them for all. We have had some great times out and about over the year together.

MOB minute Jan 2017 meeting

This was the annual photo comp presentation. Meeting well attended by 23 members.

New 20.00 hrs start time seems to work well.

People seems to be getting out and about over the xmas hols albeit on shorter ventures.

Plenty of biking and walking going on.

Future events include :
