Trowbarrow Sun 17th, New faces and fond places

On Sunday Derek, Mark and I went to Trowbarrow. Amidst the benign grey skies of the north there was a patch of blue sky and fortunately we were in it.

We got in some good routes, including the classic Jean Jeanie. Derek nailed Cracked actor - E2 5b, which looked bloody hard. Well done D!

We also met Ian who had checked out the website and decided to come down.

Charity cycle 8th July in aid of Cancer Research.

On 8th July I will be doubling the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride in aid of Cancer Research. The route will be over 125 miles in total which is by far the longest I'll have ever cyled in a single day. I've only been road biking regularly for about 6 months now so it should be quite a test. Its actually my Birthday that day as well so the quicker I get it done the sooner I'll have a cold beer in my hand!

Subterranean Update

Greetings to you all at The MOB, hope you are all well, and getting out and about when the weather permits.
